Five film and video screenings to check out at Infringement Festival. 


 Illuminati Secrets 
Secret societies, governments being controlled by bankers and big corporations… open your eyes, people! This film promises to bring you the truth as backed by dozens of “reputable sources.” 7pm-9pm Thursday, August 4, Hostel Buffalo-Niagara; 5pm-7pm Friday, August 5, Burning Books


 I am You 
An abstract take on a child’s perspective of the outer world, I am You tells of a kid’s struggle to come to terms with it’s surroundings and the desire to free itself from it. 2pm-6pm Saturday, July 30, Nickel City Housing Cooperative: Ol’ Wondermoth; 7pm-9pm, Wednesday, August 3, The Could Be Wild Building; 7pm-9pm Thursday, August 4, Hostel Buffalo-Niagara.


 R.E.M. Sleep 
An experimental film follows a man as he goes through his normal routine, only to realize this might not be reality, as things get stranger and stranger.  Santa VS. Frosty 
A short film that gives you exactly what it promises, Jolly Ol’ Saint Nick vs. everyone’s favorite snowman. Produced by Mad Jack Productions, this animated film features graphics better than your average YouTube video. 2pm-6pm Saturday, July 30, Nickel City Housing Cooperative: Ol’ Wondermoth


 A Mountain of History: Colored Musicians Club of Buffalo 
This documentary written, shot, and produced by students of Squeaky Wheel’s Buffalo Youth Media Institute chronicles Buffalo’s legendary Colored Musicians Club. Over the years, this venue has hosted Billie Holiday, Dizzy Gillespie, Ella Fitzgerald, and MANY more. 10am-6pm Saturday, July 30, Nickel City Housing Cooperative: Ol’ Wondermoth; 7pm-9pm Wednesday, August 3, The Could Be Wild Building; 7pm-9pm Thursday, August 4, Hostel Buffalo-Niagara.
