[DISCUSSION] Dr. Catherine Collins was most recently elected by the New York State Legislature to represent the 8th judicial district for a five year term. As an RN instructor, the author of more than 13 books, and founder of the Women’s Health Radio Show that airs on WWWS 1400, Dr. Collins is a prevailing authority figure on the subject of women’s health. This Thursday, October 15 the Buffalo Niagara chapter of Phi Delta Kappa international will be hosting an opportunity to meet her at the Burchfield Penney Arts Center.
