[ART] The turn of the leaves always signifies to us that the collective brain of Buffalo is ready to set its thoughts and imaginations upon the human beautiful once again, and look no further than the monthly First Friday explosion of fresh openings, events, and long hours at city galleries. Though heavily concentrated in Allentown, First Fridays are observed throughout the city, offering many options for the walkabout of your choosing. Check out our full list of open galleries this Friday and while it’s an absurd task to pick one, do make sure you check you include the Benjaman Gallery on your tour. The Benjaman is opening a show featuring the work of old friends Bruce Adams and Jackie Felix. Though now deceased, Felix left behind an incredibly lovely body of work you shouldn’t pass up the opportunity to view in person.
