[FUN] On Saturday night, February 27 Mohawk Place will transform into the Cat Cave for the second time, replete with a mix of music and local visual art. Expect a mix of coldwave and post-punk with gothic sounds and synth-pop woven in from DJs Collin Gabriel and Nicholas Reid, with live, on-site painting from Catherine Prince (mixed media), Kelly Kresconko (dark, surreal), and Cari Eyeofthebeholder Feltz-Abdo abstract, neo-psychedelic). Although not working live, art will be on display and available for purchase by Rachael Shank (plush), Jen Daruszka Sintzel (multimedia, Isometrics), and Justin Leavitt (jewelry), among numerous others. Vegan food, ala Corrine Lasek, will also be served!
