[PARTY] The regularly occurring dance party, Cold Wave at the Cat Cave, returns to Mohawk Place this Friday, March 10. The party is a slash-fest, coldwave/postpunk/gothic rock/synth-pop/and pretty much anything else that curator Collin Gabriel finds cool this month. Music comes from DJs Gabriel, Nicholas Reid, and DJ Manny Petty. Live music this month comes from the semi-new dark synth-pop duo Pieces (Bill Nehll and Ed Hallborg). As is the case for the Cat Cave events, there’ll be a mini art bazaar of sorts set up inside the downtown venue, featuring art tables and live painting from Catherine Prince, Amy Duengfelder, Halley Marie Shaw, and Jen Janus Sintzel. Oh yeah, and maybe some vegan treats too.
