[FOOD] The Iron Event is a local cook-off set to take place at Hotel Lafayette on Monday, September 14. Local chefs from Buffalo and the surrounding areas will come together for a head-to-head amuse bouche challenge benefitting ALS. The proceeds from this event will go to the Daniel Tracy Medical Fund. All in attendance will receive a sampling from each chef and will have the chance to vote on which bite they thought was the best.
