[METAL] In from Sweden are doom metal band Monolord. The three-piece Swedish stoner metal band are currently embarked on a U.S. tour in support of their record, Rust, a deep, doomy, and melodic sludge record featuring their single, “Rust.” They’ll be joined Rochester’s The Highest Leviathan, and Buffalo heavy-riffing doom metal band, Nine Layers Deep, for their show at Mohawk Place on Sunday, September 2.
