[ART] This Friday, May 22 please join Buffalo Arts Studio in celebrating three new exhibitions opening in their space. William Koch, a BAS resident artist will be displaying large works on paper in the Community Room that utilize multimedia through gesture to explore opposing forces of creation and destruction. In the other two main galleries, you have Alicia Marván’s graduate thesis show, Auxiliary Constructions, Volume 1, and Barbara Buckman’s New Works. Curator Shirley Verrico has a splendid eye for color and form, so I know we are all in for a real treat.
