Buffalo author and musician Joe Giambra has written a screenplay that will see production. La Citta: Frank Goodaye’s Last Day, is framing itself as something of a Buffalo noir story. The lead character, Goodaye, is an aging mob boss suffering from early dementia reflecting on his life as memories distant and near collide. 

The film is casting for seven characters, as well as a handful of smaller roles. Casting will take place on October 18 from 1-4pm and on October 19 from 7-10pm at 515 Main Street. Further inquiries and those interested in auditioning should contact Harry Lipsitz at lacittafilmbuf@gmail.com.
