The NHL draft lottery is coming up on Saturday, and if you’re like me, you might not know exactly how this thing works. A lot of people in this town have probably been studying this process like it’s their job, but if you’re not one of them, then check out this funny little video put together by Buffalo media production crew called Blue Creative that aims to show the average hockey fan exactly how this whole “draft lottery” thing works. It’s more complex than you think. As the video explains, the whole algorithm sounds like something a drunken Russell Crowe in A Beautiful Mind made up. Anyways, check it out below.
