Buff State Students Creating the Perfect Burger

by / Jan. 26, 2016 9am EST

As the new kid on the block is wont to do, millennials have taken things on the chin a bit. They generally don’t understand how to put their phones down while driving, the third suggestion Google offers for millennials is “are lazy,” and the owner of the Phoenix Suns recently opined that the whole “millennial culture” has a “tough time dealing with setbacks.”

Here’s your chance, guys, to prove them all wrong by heading over to Hero Certified Burgers and doing us all a solid: coming up with the perfect burger for its “Bengal Burger Contest” running through February 12. You don’t need to be a Buffalo State student to play, just as long as you’re 18 years old and you can enter by going here. But showing off some Bengal spirit can go a long way; Hero wants its Elmwood and Bidwell location to be a team player. Is orange and black ketchup an option?

The grand prize is a $500 gift certificate to the Barnes & Noble bookstore on campus and $200 worth of burgers, with a runner-up prize being just the $200 of burgers.
