[COMEDY] You probably recognize 75-year-old comedian John Witherspoon from his appearances in the Friday movies and more recently the Adult Swim series Black Jesus, and older fans might remember him from the Incredible Hulk television show from the 1970s. He’s worked with everyone from David Letterman, whom he considers a good friend, to Eddie Murphy in Boomerang, and with Will Smith on his classic tv show Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Known for his signature bow tie and flashy apparel Witherspoon is a comedic force and he comes to Helium Comedy Club for six shows this Thursday, October 5 through Sunday, October 8.
