[BLUES] Silo City will host the 4th annual Buffalo Niagara Blues Festival this Saturday, July 8. This year’s festival also marks the 25th anniversary of the Blues Society of WNY, which an organization which promotes education about blues music, as well as events such as the Blues Cruise. This year’s event features a full day’ds worth of headliners including the soul, blues and rock master, Lucky Peterson, as well as Victor Wainwright and the Wild Roots, Southern Avenue, Sofie Reed, Jeff Jensen, and Jack Broadbent. Expect a beer tent and food and merchandise vendors, as well as meet and greets and raffles, including a guitar raffle to benefit the Blues Society of WNY. Parking near Silo City is limited, so there will also be a “Blues Shuttle,” which will transport attendees from the Outer Harbor.
