9th Annual Edible Book Festival

[ART] Believe it or not but Edible Book Festivals are an international thing. If you live in Buffalo—which we’ll assume you do if you’re reading this—then you probably know that, because each year the Western New York Book Center puts on their own Edible Book Festival. Where the idea came from is related to April Fool’s Day—the events are usually held on or around that day. Different versions of edible books are created and displayed, then photographed and judged before finally being consumed. It’s strange, yes, but we can’t really find anything wrong with it, so maybe give it a try. Eat a book this Saturday, April 1 at the WNYBAC. If you’re an edible book chef, then you get in for free.
