[POP] Headlining locals Mom Said No are playing out to support their debut EP, Motivation, which was recorded at Goo Goo Dolls bassist Robby Takac’s GCR Audio studio and showcases some impressive pop chops from a group of guys barely out of high school. Also on the bill at Babeville’s 9th Ward for Thursday, January 5, are August Winters from Pennsylvania with some punchy power-pop and local indie rockers the Last Sentry along with solo acoustic sets from Derek Gregiore and Vada March.
