[PARTY] From Forest Avenue to Virginia Street, the Elmwood Village is the heart of Buffalo. These 20 Blocks are where many musicians, artists, businesspeople, students and families in Buffalo enjoy shopping, eating, playing, and creating. Last year, the Elmwood Village Association celebrated their 20th Anniversary by launching a new outdoor music event to close out the summer—the 20 Block Bash. This year the bash, which will take place between West Utica Street and Hodge Avenue on Saturday, September 19, will feature the Slyboots  School of Music at 5pm, DJ Milk at 6pm, Pine Fever at 7pm, Sleepy Hahas at 8pm, and Radarada at 9pm. Expect to see some of your favorite food trucks, too. According to the press release, event proceeds will “benefit the Elmwood Village Association and flow directly back into the community in the form of beautification and infrastructure improvement, community outreach and events, and economic development activities.”
