[ROCK] Tom Hambridge is from here in Buffalo, but he’s an even more celebrated musical figure in Beantown, where he’s won no fewer than seven Boston Music Awards—perhaps a result of his time spent on scholarship at Berklee College of Music. Not long into his professional career, he produced Susan Tedeschi’s landmark disc, Just Won’t Burn, and has since gone on to work closely with Buddy Guy, George Thorogood, and Johnny Winter, while stacking up some Grammy nominations and wins. Returning to his home turf this Friday, December 23, Hambridge and his band the Rattlesnakes will serve up a smorgasbord of electric blues that’s perfect for the Sportsmen’s crowd.
