[PUNK] Electrifying punk band Palisades will perform new music from their highly anticipated self-titled album Tuesday, December 20 at the Waiting Room. Though their album drops January 20, the group has been teasing with new music all month long. Their most recent song, “Through Hell,” is a blood-pumping, foot-stomping banger that has garnered over 30,000 views on Youtube alone. (Watch it below.) Joining them is metal band Sylar hailing from New York City, who released their album Help this past August. These unassuming city kids pack a punch on their hit single “Dark Daze,” a thumping, nu metal vibe that taps into nostalgia from bands like Linkin Park. And if that’s not enough, there will be five more sets that night including Buffalo’s own metalcore bands Coma State and Restless Nights.
