[FUNDRAISER] Join Buffalo’s effort to help the protesters at Standing Rock this Saturday, November 26 at Evening Star Concert Hall on Niagara Falls Boulevard with appearances by more than a dozen local musicians and the chance to participate in auctions and raffles. Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door and donations, such as sleeping bags, insulated tents, heaters etc., will be accepted. The event is hosted by Shay Nuh and Mario R. Nobilio, who are organizing the effort to show support for the people of Standing Rock, who are “dehumanized just for trying to protect their lands, their water supply, and ultimately their ability to live and thrive in their homeland.” If you are interested in being a business sponsor or donating raffle items, please contact the WNY Stands with Standing Rock Facebook page.
