[POETRY] This one-off event is designed to showcase poets, comedians, and artists—all women and all based out of Buffalo. Heroine Hijack, which will take place on Saturday, October 6 at the Ukrainian-American Civic Center, will feature poets Megan Kemple, Marielle Smith, Rachelle Toarmino, and Bianca L. McGraw, as well as comedians Jamie Travale and Allie Brady. A few artists will display their work, also, including Tara Bystran Sasiadek, and McGraw. Keep an ear out for the Living Dead Girls podcasters, too.
