[TECHNO] One of the most anticipated events for Buffalo’s underground dwellers is coming up this Saturday. Igloo co-founder Paul Kuenzi will make his way back home from Denver to throw the event along with Charlie Abbot. The lineup is stacked to provide house and techno from 10pm until late in the basement bar of the Dnipro Ukranian Center. Öona Dahl, based in Berlin, Germany, will be headlining the event. The artist—who recently performed at Burning Man and has releases under labels Hallucienda and All Day I Dream—will provide  her usual dreamscape beautiful techno. Paul Kuenzi will perform a bit of a darker techno set as per usual and Jessica Lyn, another Buffalo expat who also transplanted to Denver, will additionally bring some soulful and funky house. Also on the bill for the evening are Buffalo favorites Gene Linet, the Abbot, and Drumsound Blvd. Events like this in Buffalo are rare—don’t sleep on it.
