[FUN] The penultimate concert in the Elmwood Village Association’s Summer Concert series happens this Tuesday, August 7. The concert will feature six-piece western swing dance and the Skiffle Minstrels, who will deliver an upbeat mix of country jazz and blues to the crowd assembled at the corner of Elmwood and Bidwell Parkway. Pack up the kids, a couple of folding chairs, and head over to the free outdoor concert on Tuesday.
