[ART] Join local shops, galleries, restaurants, and residents in celebrating the arrival of summer this Friday, for a gallery walk and associated happenings that were postponed due to the holiday weekend. Galleries El Museo and Indigo will have their doors open until 9pm, so you can check out their current shows: Diversity Works, from the collection of Gerald Mead, and lakelines, recent paintings by Dorothy Fitzgerald. On the other side of Elmwood there will be new photographs from Nick Butler and Brandon Blount on display at Glow Gallery/Prism. And don’t miss out on Queen City Gallery’s pop-up group exhibit at 64 College with live music and food. Project Grant will offer a free art workshop on Allen near Indigo Gallery for gallery-goers of all ages.
