[FUN] Often one of the biggest, most anticipated concerts in the annual Picnic in the Parkway series features a performance by the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. The BPO, lead by conductor Stefan Sanders, will set up in a temporary amphitheater of sorts, arranged on Potomac Street in the center of the Bidwell Parkway area near Elmwood Avenue for the concert this week. It’s unclear what’s on the program for this year’s concert, but last year the orchestra performed John Williams’ score to Star Wars. So grab your lawn chairs and the little ones, and head down to the next, free, Picnic in the Parkway concert, this Tuesday, June 26.
