[ELECTRONIC/DANCE] Nothing is better than a party on a boat. Except for maybe a party on a boat with Worthy as your DJ. The dirtybird DJ as been praised by Carl Cox as “powerful, rocking, funky,” and he’ll be the captain of the Miss Buffalo this Sunday, May 28 for the annual Capsized! Boat Cruise. Worthy will be spinning the most dance-worthy house and techno music for a few hours, with support local friends 3PO and Ryan Liddell aboard the 90 foot long, two story yacht. Tickets for the event, which begins at 7:30pm are still available. If that’s not enough party, MNM Presents has an afterparty lined up as part of their revamped Sunset Sundays event series at Buffalo Riverworks. Beginning Sunday, May 28, the house and techno party—built for those whose weekend partying doesn’t end after Saturday night—will run five Sundays this summer. The first edition will feature veteran Buffalo DJs Brandon Chase, Drop D, Ryan Lidell, and more. And oh yeah, it’s free. So let’s party.
