As production duo Mt. Eden, they create wide swatches of cinematic, beat-riddled electronica that places listeners in a video-game-reality; it’s a compelling musical noise-collage. Live, the pair elevates beyond the DJ-staring banality that tanks electronic shows by going for a big-room vibe: a trance-inducing wall of sound with hypnotic visuals, original and unreleased tracks, remixes of tracks by other artists, alternate mixes of their own material, and sometimes maybe a track or two still in the process of being written.
