[FOOD] On Sunday, March 22, for the fourth consecutive year, Buffalo Soup-Fest is preparing to pack the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center with thousands of hungry attendees, 30 participating local restaurants, and more than 75 different soups. Local celebrity judges will decide the best soups in a series of categories including best stew, vegetarian, seafood, and most unique soup. Gluten-free and vegan soups will be available. Buffalo Soup-Fest usually takes place in January but this year has been rescheduled due to inclement weather. If you were by chance wondering, this event is not BYOS—spoons will be provided.
