[DANCE PARTY] This used to be a pretty close contest, but Morrissey makes it harder and harder every year to vote Smiths. What with his constant tour cancellations (at least one cancellation, but sometimes entire legs of a tour on 11 of his tours since 1992), his controversial comments on… well just about everything, but most recently the rape accusations against Kevin Spacey, and much less recently, the loosely racist comments on black pop music that have resurfaced from his days with The Smiths. What was once a question with a pretty clear-cut answer is murkier than ever, due primarily to Morrissey’s big mouth, which continues to strike again and again. The only way to vote in this contest (which isn’t actually a contest for those who have never attended this highly fun dance party) however, is to show up and dance your hardest, and maybe, just maybe, we’ve pissed off the Morrissey fans enough for them to show up and prove us wrong.
