[HIP HOP] Moosh & Twist are not instructions for the latest dance craze. Moosh & Twist is not an ice cream flavor. Moosh & Twist aka Team OCD are young rappers making a name for themselves in the Philadelphia hip hop scene and beyond. In 2012, Philadelphia music blog, Jump Philly called the duo—DeQuincy “Moosh” Coleman-McRae and Oliver “Twist” Feighan—“Philly’s next hip hop heroes.” Since then, their mixtapes like last year’s Back To The Basement, have accrued tens of thousands of hits online and videos for their songs like “How We Do” and “I Got It,” have taken off on YouTube. “How We Do” tilts the group’s mainstream hip hop sound as far toward party pop as possible, while “I Got It” from their record, Living Out Loud, keeps the positive vibes flowing.
