[NOISE] Some might consider what feedback freaks Wild Gone Girls do to be the purest form of music there is. Some might not consider it music at all. Whatever your take, there’s no doubt that the static synthesizer sounds and feedback noise created by Martin Freeman and Cameron Farash will rewire your brain in pleasurable ways. Wild Gone Girls come to Hallwalls on Thursday, February 19 as an off-shoot of Martin Freeman’s “Horndog” sound sculpture, which is part of the series Amid/In WNY 2015. Psychedelic “noise heathens” Pengo, featuring John Schoen on synth and sax; Nuuj on modular synth, Finkbeiner on guitar; and Joe Tunis on drums will join in on the fun, too.
