[TRIBUTE] Four talented Buffalo-based bands (and one DJ) will pay tribute to the Man in Black, Johnny Cash, this Friday, February 5 for the fifth annual Johnny Cash Birthday Bash. The CPX, Eric Van Houten Music, Uncle Ben’s Remedy, and Ten Cent Howl will play all Cash all night long (and they’re guaranteeing no repeats) while DJ Drop D spins Johnny Cash remixes in between sets. There will also be a special performance featuring the cast of MusicalFare Theatre’s Ring of Fire. The legendary country music songwriter who died in 2003 would have been 84 this month.
