[ELECTRONIC] Carnage is the embodiment of the EDM-dream. The young producer went making mixtapes for road trips with his mother to bedroom producer to selling out venues across the country. Ok, maybe there were a few steps in between, like signing with the rising record label Indie-Pop, and finally, releasing his debut full length album, Papi Gordo in November, which features Rick Ross and Migos among others. Throughout this, his name has gradually become synonymous with trap music, especially on the DJing end after landing a residency at Marquee Nightclub in Las Vegas, which should say something about Carnage’s ability to engage with his crowd and pump up just about any audience member. Carnage brings his Papi Gordo to the Town Ballroom on Tuesday, February 9 along with L.A.-based producer/DJ Valentino Khan and Houston’s Kayzo.
