[CLASSICAL] On Tuesday, January 12, the Jupiter String Quartet will perform in the Mary Seaton Room at Kleinhans Music Hall. The band, violinists Nelson Lee and Megan Freivogel, viola player Liz Frievogel, and cellist Daniel McDonough are masters of chamber music, enjoying national and international recognition. Performance pieces include Schubert’s Quartettsatz in C minor, D.703, Ligeti’s Quartet No. 1 “Metamorphoses nocturnes,” and Smetana’s Quartet No.1 in E minor, “From My Life.” Beginning at 7:15pm,  pre-concert talk will be hosted by WNED’s Peter Hall.
