[DANCE] Hafla is an Arabic term that means “get-together,” and innovative belly-dancing troupe Fleuron Rouge has made this shindig an annual Babeville tradition now for several years running. This year they’re joined by the ladies of Femme Noir and their special brand of fusion-burlesque, which pulls from jazz and hip-hop. The combined effect is bound to heat up a chilly Buffalo night, so don’t miss out of the hypnotic hip movement, Saturday, January 7 at Babeville’s Asbury Hall. Doors are at 6:15pm, show starts at 7pm. Advance tickets are $12—worth looking into since it’s $20 at the door.
