by / Dec. 17, 2014 2pm EST

Most people would say that going to the East Side would be your best bet for authentic Polish cuisine. While that is undeniably true, the owners of Betty Crockski have gone above and beyond to bring that same experience to all of Buffalo. Their food truck serves up delicious homeland staples to a variety of neighborhoods, while also experimenting with recipes to broaden their audience.

Listen to our friends at Buffalo Eats chat them up on their Grain of Salt Podcast

Today’s episode features Kate Hey and Dana Szczepaniak from Betty Crockski, Buffalo’s first and only Polish food truck. They chat with Donnie about starting a food truck, traveling to Poland for inspiration and quick rise in popularity.

This episode was hosted by Donnie Burtless and produced by Tom Burtless.
