Mötley Crüe Drummer Tommy Lee Fails to Perform at Buffalo Show
If there is one thing we know about Tommy Lee it’s that he doesn’t have a reputation for failing to perform. But that’s just what happened last night when his band Mötley Crüe showed up for their scheduled performance at Buffalo’s First Niagara Center. An hour after doors opened, at 7:54pm last night, the infamous drummer sent out a tweet saying that he was sorry but he’d be unable to perform due to tendonitis. Five minutes later he tweeted that a doctor recommended he not play the show due to inflammation (presumably in his arm, though he’s famously known for the inflammation of other parts of his body). You can see his tweets below, and some video of the show from Rock N Roll World Magazine. In the video, Lee apologizes for not being able to perform.
