7pm, at Canisius College Grupp Fireside Lounge, 2001 Main St. (Student Union 2nd Floor)

A celebrated trans poet, Goetsch will do a reading, followed by a talk/Q and A session, and a signing after.


 THURSDAY, MARCH 30 

Buffalo Ending HIV — Community Forum and Dinner 
5pm-8:30pm, at Acqua, 2192 Niagara St.

New York State is committed to ending the HIV epidemic by 2020. Buffalo is well on its way to achieving this goal, but we can’t do it without you. This interactive evening is based around a meal and the discussion of real strategies for our community to End the Epidemic, including a series of presenters. Space may be limited, register at http://www.erie.gov/HIVforum

Ambush 53 at 727 Elmwood

Ambush’s monthly party is always a good time! This month features Dj Milk (music starts at 8) and special guest bartender, ‘Stud Muffin’ Amy Rogers. Plenty of drink specials and some great food to boot.

Sing If You’re Glad to Be Trans!
7:30pm- 9pm, at Evergreen Commons, 262 Georgia St.

In commemoration of Trans Day of Visibility, award-winning writer, educator and storyteller S. Bear Bergman will deliver this affirming lecture on overcoming internalized negativity, meant for trans folks, allies, and would-be allies.
