Bowl Over Bladder Cancer

[BENEFIT] On Sunday, March 22, teamCure will hold a special, onetime event, Bowl Over Bladder Cancer, a benefit for Roswell Park Cancer Institute at Transit Lanes in Williamsville. The event will be held in memory of the 10 year anniversary of the passing of Paul Perna, Vice President of Supermarket Management of Tops Markets, who lost his fight against bladder cancer at the age of 50.

[METAL] In the last 20 years guitarist Steve Brooks has created a sludge-metal franchise out of Miami, Florida, flip flopping between his two creations, Floor and Torche. In 1992 he formed the doomy metal band, Floor, which existed off and on—gaining a cult following after a couple of releases on No Idea records—before disbanding in 2003.
