[SCREENING] Fat Wreck Chords, the San Francisco-based record label formed by NOFX frontman Fat Mike celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. As part of the celebration, Fat Mike and Fat Wreck Chords have released a documentary titled A Fat Wreck: Fat Wreck Chords Documentary, which chronicles the record label’s growth and survival in the shifting punk rock world. Any punk fan has likely owned a record put out by this label—bands like Anti-Flag, Me First and the Gimmie Gimmies, the Ataris, Against Me!, Face to Face, Less Than Jake, MxPx,and Rancid have all released records on the label—so you’re likely to see some familiar faces in this film, which will be screened at Waiting Room on Thursday, September 15.
