[ART] When alternative art spaces are born they usually stem from a place of necessity and passion, surviving on a day-to-day model, with the future unknown. 10 years is an eternity for an art space to exist. Founded in 1974, Hallwalls is celebrating its 40th year with a rock star list of contributors to this auction. If you are on the market and looking for a beautiful new art work to hang in your office or home, or if you just want to be a good samaritan, come out on Thursday and show your support.
