Future, Migos, Tory Lanez, Young Thug, and A$AP Ferg

[HIP HOP] Darien Lake kicks off their summer concert series with a pretty huge line up of recent hip hop heavyweights. Future, Migos, Tory Lanez, Young Thug, and A$AP Ferg are keyed up for the Nobody Safe Tour, which comes to Darien Lake on Wednesday, May 24. Just a quick rundown of where each act is at right now: Future’s latest is called “Mask Off” which for the majority of the track the rapper simply repeats the words “molly, Percocet” over a slow motion soul sample and trap beats. He also shouts out Rick James. It’s kind of the song of the summer already, believe it or not. Migos are still riding hard off of “Bad and Boujee,” and that’s the reason you’ve heard everyone calling everything “boujee” recently, in case you were wondering. Young Thug put out an exceptional album last year titled Jeffery; perhaps the most realized album from any of the artists on this list. Canadian rapper Tory Lanez is still pretty fresh off of his debut album, I Told You, and finally New York City’s A$AP Ferg can’t decide if he’s more into designing sneakers or making music. This massive line up will most likely feature a lot of overlap between sets, so expect a pretty wild and fun time.
