 WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 14 
Live Model Figure Drawing

8 p.m. at Dreamland, 387 Franklin St.

Live models of various body types and ethnicities pose for 15 minute and 5 minute sessions. Free tea and snacks, free paper and art supplies. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Give what you can donation; $5, suggested.


 FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 16 
Ambush #47
5:30PM-12AM at Hydraulic Hearth, 716 Swan St.

The ladies take over a different straight bar every third Friday of the month for this lesbian-geared but inclusive event. This month’s venue features a huge patio, famous flatbread pizzas for purchase, and shuffleboard. Arrive early if you want to play.


 SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 17 
The Faces Ball
4 p.m. — 9 p.m. at LaSalle Park

Compete for $600 in cash prizes in various categories that are open to all, including face, realness, virgin, sex siren, oldway, performance and runway. Commentated by Princess “mami” Precious, with music by DJ Remmz. Presented by MOCHA Center of Buffalo and sponsored by HIV Stops With Me.




 SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 18 
PFLAG
2:30-5PM at Kenilworth United Church of Christ, 45 Dalton Rd.

Monthly meeting for parents, friends and families of lesbians and gays for support, discussion and social events. This month, the group welcomes executive editor of Loop Magazine Michael Rizzo as a special guest.
